ANALYSIS
The role of business owners is to guide the company through the process of continuous improvement and profitability. Many owners think that operational activities are a waste of time in their business. However, it is very important to take the time to evaluate both operational processes and what is being done and verify that it is in line with your objectives. A Business Check-up is a necessary step to identify what you need to do to improve your business and, most importantly, to enable you to assess the current state of your business. Business Check-up can also be seen as a benchmarking tool used in the process of creating a strategic roadmap that companies need to develop to increase their success and profitability. Therefore, the current situation of the company is revealed with the information obtained such as where your company is in the market, what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong, whether you are able to compete with your competitors, and the financial status of your company. In the light of this information; a business plan is created that you can use to manage your company better and follow your business better. As YÖNDES, as a result of the analysis we will make with the Business Check-Up® checklist we have developed, we reveal the current status of your company and we create an action plan that will lead you to a sustainable management and follow-up system in terms of your processes and the status of your company that need to be improved as a result of the determination made.

Although there are various approaches to the definition of customer satisfaction in the marketing literature, there are two predominant views that satisfaction is either an outcome or a process. Some studies argue that satisfaction is a result of consumption experience or product acquisition. On the other hand, the other side argues that consumer satisfaction is an evaluation process that includes product acquisition or consumption experience.Customer satisfaction is one of the most important strategic issues of recent years. Customer satisfaction is positively correlated with customer loyalty and with an effective management process, it can create results such as profitability and market share increase. Therefore, under increasing competition conditions, the customer has become the starting point in every field. Customer-oriented thinking is an important step in creating customer satisfaction. In this way, organizations can gain superiority and make a difference.
In an intensely competitive and dynamic market environment, customer satisfaction constitutes the focal point of marketing activities in accordance with the contemporary marketing approach. Making and implementing decisions in line with customer satisfaction is only possible by having information about customer behavior. Price is of great importance in terms of both the perception of marketing activities and the customer’s ability to get the most benefit from his/her limited budget.
The method of measuring and evaluating customer satisfaction is as important as the concept itself. In this context, it is necessary to evaluate the current customer profile, product/service diversity, presentation method, marketing arguments used and prepare the right set of questions and evaluations. An impartial and ethical application and evaluation of the results and an action plan that will ensure sustainable customer satisfaction for the business should also be created, implemented and the results should be effectively monitored.
EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION ANALYSIS
Today, employee satisfaction is as important as customer satisfaction. Because the quality of the product or service offered to the customer by an enterprise is directly proportional to the added value created by the employees.
Employee satisfaction surveys are surveys conducted to question the status of the relationship between the employee and the workplace in many areas such as the tasks carried out by each company personnel, their loyalty to the company, their harmony with their colleagues, working conditions, wage satisfaction, internal and external communication, understanding of career and development opportunities in the company.
If we look at the benefits of conducting employee satisfaction research;
Various analyzes and comparisons can be made according to demographic structure
Measuring employees’ attitudes and perspectives about the company
Learn about the company’s strengths and areas for improvement
Identify in detail what needs to be done for the development of the company and employees
Determining the motivation levels of employees
Measuring the effectiveness of human resources practices
Obtaining opinions on working conditions and management style
Identify opportunities for needed improvement
Identifying employees’ interest in change
Determining the degree of satisfaction and loyalty of employees to the organization
We may also have more additions to the items above. However, the most important thing is to identify the areas that need to be improved with this research and to determine the projects and activities to be carried out in these areas. When the identified projects and activities are put into practice and satisfaction surveys are repeated periodically, it will be possible to see the development.
However, the most important factor to be considered in such research is the phenomenon of impartiality and confidentiality. It is at least as important as the research itself that businesses prepare this environment and method so that employees can communicate their thoughts objectively.
