Who Are We?

YÖNDES Management Consultancy is a preferred consultancy company with its professional team of experts and Management Consultants who think outside the standard molds, each with sectoral experience and theoretical knowledge, and with its continuously developed quality approach in management. Providing services at international standards, YÖNDES was founded in 1993 by Nesrin Serin to guide organizations to achieve success in their orientation towards quality, profitability, efficiency and international markets and to accelerate their development processes. We offer our rational and cost-effective solution-oriented services in the following scope with our Istanbul and Izmir corporate infrastructure throughout Turkey, in a timely and responsive manner with the project management application in internationally accepted norms.

As YÖNDES, we believe that Civil Society Organizations play an important role in the development and progress of both individuals and institutions in society. For this reason, we take an active and active role in civil society and contribute to their working processes. Nesrin Serin, Chairperson of YÖNDES Advisory Board, continues her active duties as a Board Member of Habitat Association and Honorary Member of TÜGİAD Young Businessmen Association of Turkey.
