PROJECT
UR-GE is a program carried out within the framework of the Ministry of Economy’s “Communiqué on Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness” numbered 2010/8 and aims to support the training consultancy expenses and project-based expenses of cooperation organizations in order to increase the competitiveness of companies in international markets.
In today’s competitive conditions, it is not the companies and institutions that have physical resources, but those that use these resources more efficiently than their competitors that can compete and survive. The geographical concentration of companies and institutions operating in a certain area and interacting with each other provides a great advantage for enterprises in that region to be more competitive and successful. For this reason, the importance of clustering in the economic development programs of regions is rapidly increasing.
On the basis of companies operating in different regions within the scope of URGE Projects:
Improving the export capacities of producer companies
Identifying potential exporters
Directing companies to target markets
It is aimed to ensure that these companies export regularly.
As YÖNDES, we conduct and report the Needs Analysis studies of the cluster companies participating in the project, under the leadership of the organization preparing the project, to determine common needs analysis, common learning (training and consultancy) and common marketing (promotion, branding, trade delegation, matchmaking) strategies with our methodologies we have developed.
All methodology-based processes related to the needs analysis activity to be carried out within the scope of the project are determined according to the objectives of the organization within the framework of the interviews to be held with the organization that owns the URGE project, in line with the following recommendations of the Ministry of Economy.

The Corporate Academy is a management system that includes the values and goals of the organization to which it belongs and provides all employees and managers with the knowledge, skills and competencies they need or may need in terms of development.
The aim of the Corporate Academy is to create programs designed to create behavioral change in employees and managers in the first stage, and to manage basic and advanced training and development programs for new employees and managers in the following periods.
Corporate Academy projects are carried out in a total of seven phases:
Identifying Development Needs
The need for training and development is determined on the basis of the difference between the competencies that an individual has in any subject and the behaviors that he/she should have today and in the future on an organizational and individual basis.
In addition, external factors such as changes in the organizational environment, developments in the competitive structure of the organization, economic stagnation, etc. require continuous reassessment of training and development needs.
Identifying Academy Strategies
Once organizational development needs have been identified, a Corporate Academy Program should be developed. This is also the stage where Academy Strategies are determined, including setting development goals, choosing the development method and deciding on development levels.
Outsourcing Management
Creation of an outsourced development plan
Establishing a training and development calendar
Budgeting
Outsourcing research
Quotation
Evaluation and Offer acceptance
Outsourcing orientation
Content orientation
Adaptation of exercises
Activity measurement system orientation
Pre-presentation in line with dissemination criteria
Organization and implementation of development programs
Pre-training checks
Controls during training
Post-training controls
Internal Resource Recruitment and Development
Supporting the people identified as internal resources with trainings that include the necessary theoretical knowledge
Evaluation of the trainers, coaches and mentor candidates identified as internal resources according to the monitoring and feedback system
Development of Program Content
The stage of determining and developing the content of the programs offered within the scope of the Corporate Academy varies according to the structure of the program. Program contents are structured under three main headings: training, coaching and mentoring.
Efficiency Measurement Systems
It is necessary to investigate the extent to which the Academy’s development and training programs meet established standards.
Regularly researched, developed and managed development and training programs contribute to increased employee productivity. On the other hand, improperly selected programs increase productivity little or not at all, leading to wasted resources and sometimes even decreased productivity. The effectiveness of a development program can only be determined through evaluation.
Academy Handover
Finalizing development programs with post-design control groups and pre-dissemination
Final check of activity measurement systems
Final check of documentation
